I finish trials! FInished! Gone! And how I screwed up my last paper. Wait. I will speak for perhaps 96% of the other students. WE ALL SCREW UP SPECIALIST MATH PAPER!
How can a 15 question paper be overpowered by 4 questions where it is like 54% of the total percentage of marks. 31 mark question was a bomb. The whole thing was a bomb. It was a paper meant for some super math competition and it just happened to be our trials today. Even engineers around the world will struggle to do this paper! (haha I wish)
For all of you (especially science stream SPM bounds) you think Additional Maths is hard? I will laugh at any paper now no matter how difficult it can get. But Specialist Maths is just insane.
Anyhow it's all over. I better have a good weekend before terror rains approaches me on monday when the results will be made public. I hope I can do better than just obtaining mediocre results. It's time to shine they say, it's crunch time.
I need to make plans for the weekend now. I need to plan finances for the next month, and most importantly, I need to do my laundry. (Exams is the best excuse if your room starts to smell like sweat and fish)

I was reading the Sun yesterday stating that some singaporean school children are punished because they talk bad about their teachers in school. They get suspended, their parents are called in and all the bla blas of school punishment.
My point is:
What the heck is going on around here? Whats happening?
Cant you people realise that it is a blog? Where to most people it is and online JOURNAL/DIARY. Who cares what was written! Hate the writter all you want but punish them for talking bad behind your back?? Jees.(I dont use this word often)
It's crazy!
How does the teacher even know it is true? Punishing students for personal problems. Sigh.
They are just venting their anger!!! There is nothing wrong in venting your anger, especially if you do it online on your blog.
Some lawyer said that one could be punished even though the teacher he is talking about on his blog is not named but could be guessed his/her identity. What crap is this?
Every blogger should have a right to say what ever he or she wants mainly just because it is personal. You can argue, curse even poke needles on voodoo dolls on us, but punishing us is just crazy.

Ah, I woke up at 5 am just to find out my test is not so early. Must check timetable in the future.
Getting myself busy, I am sometimes unaware or maybe just forgotten about the importance of certain days, months and moths.
We should be celebrating Breast cancer awareness month instead of studying for Trials.
Breast Cancer site Pink pink and more pink.
My college is having something on this breast cancer thing, I might want to find out about it.
No I'm not an obscene freak!

I overcame a day where waking up at 5am, remembering stuff about radioactivity that I cant even recall now, finding out that it wasn't out during my 3 hour paper.
It was crazy, the shedule is crazy and it always will be.
I had 2 papers today, supposedly 3 hours each.
Sitting on a chair 3 hours cramming your mind out is half the challenge. Getting the answers right is another.
Waking up at 5 in the morning, read a little, eat a little, getting to the exam hall by 6.30am.
I faced a total or 25 questions!! (I thought it was only 8 or maybe 15 at most) and its not much about photons and Einstein but more to Electro, magnetto, and a couple of malaysians playing baseball on the moon.
2 hours into all the trouble, stamina starts to fail.
After a test where I barely know whats going on, where I was and what was going to happen.
An hour break and back to 3 more hours, at least it is English. Must say it is the hardest encountered so far. I finished way before time, nevertheless, not proud of any of my writings. I had no mood to excite or correct them anyway.
Finishing early is no bonus. Invigilator mistaken that we are supposed to have 10 minutes reading time and 3 hours writing time, not 10 minutes reading time and 3 hours 10 MINUTES writing time. I had to sit and watch all the other classes walk outside wondering why their head felt so large.
I have another 7am Exam tomorrow, Chemistry, and I don't feel like studying anymore. Then a 2 day break before Specialist maths.
I'm going to take the day after tomorrow off and be happy.
Screw Trials!!! Go ahead and fail me, OF COURSE I CARE!
Have a nice day :)

Trials began today and I'm with one down 4 more to go. Cum Monday afternoon, I will be over half done with this trials. But the battle has barely begun, I shouldn't be celebrating or crying just yet.
So how's math trials at 7am this morning?
This post is meant to be much longer but blogger decided to censor my post.
I want to have most of the day off today and cram newton's mind tomorrow. Bloody Newton.
I hope I really do well in my trials or at least score above mediocracy. Above average, only way to do it now.
I'l pray for more marks here and there to steal.

Tonight, it's the malaysian Idols Final with the result show tomorrow. In between this, is my Math trial paper.
I think I'm going to watch Malaysian Idol final no matter what.
You know what I think? This year's version kinda sucks.
Close competition but even until the final, I think non of these two deserves to win Malaysian Idol 2.

No offence to them and their fans, they are good singers, but not up to the Malaysian Idol hype.
I still think Farah should be in the final and not Nita.
I remembered her way back 5 years ago when she was in the Salem Cool Planet thingy when she recorded kembalimu di sisimu or something like that. I really wanted her to sing that song in the final. But darn!
I think Daniel is going to win this due to his fan base. And good luck to him. Doesnt change the fact that I don't think either one is good enough though. At least the country will be happy. And 8tv will make money. I hope its gonna be funny. Ok I should stop.

Trials and more trials. IT's just bloody next week!
Hold it, what Am I talking about, it begins on this bloody saturday! A weekend not to look forward to.
At least thanks to the haze earlier last month (or was it the month before?), the exam is not tomorrow.
Maths first. I can say that this is one of my easiest papers. An A or a very High B. Anything less will be a failure. I can't afford to do badly anymore.
Our trials, start at BLOOODY 7am. Who the heck takes an exam at 7 in the morning, I find myself waking up at 7.30 everyday!
Starting at 7 means that I need to be at the venue by 6.30. This means I need to wake up at six. (don't tell me this is no big deal, if you are a school student or a working adult, its no big deal. If you are a college student, and you live across the street, and you wake up at 7.50 making it to a 8am class before the lecturer, it is a BIG deal.)
Furthermore, I think to have a clear mind during exam, and not be blur infront of my paper (reminds me of my midyear after watching liverpool clinching the Champions League), my housemate advises me to wake up at 5.30am. We are going to help each other.
My worry is more on my last paper, specialist maths. Despite the fact that so far I had 2 passes and 2 failures, my housemate is not taking that paper, so I have to wake myself up.
Darn, I hope I make it to all my exam papers, and I hope I do bloody well. I need good results!

It's only a little after the middle of september, and practically 70% of the SAM students are talking about prom which is happening during the 23 of November later this year. It is considered late compared to last year, but I feel that doing it this way is WAY TOO EARLY.
I've got some experience in trying to organise something before and I know how important it is to sell confirmed tickets only. Its play-safe, rather than doing it on the day itself.
It is going to cost me RM90, way more than what I paid for last years prom, hopefully it would be a 100 times better.
It's entitled Corroboree. IT is actually an Australian Aboriginal dance festival held at night to celebrate tribal victories or other events.
Fits into our SOUTH AUSTRALIAN MATRICULATION programme.
This is actually what I expect it to be like.

Yeah!

It was the mooncake festival last sunday (how many times have I said this) and I'm going to add another entry together with the 8304587927 other bloggers that have played lanterns on that very evening. So I will cut mine short.
Due to unforseen reasons, I only had a picture of lanterns hanging on a tree late after my lantern lighting experience in Subang Jaya. It's more of candle lighting. People nowadays are more fond of playing with candles and fire.

And here it is.
Moving along, I did some grocery shopping at Carrefour. As usual, trolley pushing is essential due to the sadness of living in the klang Valley. Needing to insert a one ringgit coin and have it maintaining there until the trolley is returned, shoppers get to enjoy pushing the trolley around. This time, our one ringgit coin decided to slip out.
So an Idea stroke my skull.

One free trolley for me!

Very exhausting indeed.
But one Carrefour Trolley stolen. I still got Giant and Tesco trolleys to add on to my collection.

With A Levels and CPU (I think) holidays over, I can barely hope for a stable connection of the internet in the College network. Currently, even my dial-up back home was faster. This sucks. I can't even enter my own blog.
I actually have stuff to post but I have a slight delay in receiving some pictures so maybe tomorrow or the day after.
So how is my weekend you might ask, read the sentence above, again.
We had an examination briefing just now. I hope we get smooth paper to write on during our exam. I like writing on those smooth paper.

I failed to post yesterday, and it's Malaysia Day. I feel bad. I'm really lucky to be in Malaysia where we can by right celebrate 2 national days. One on the 31st August and 16 of September.
31st of August is the date that Malaya got its independance, Sabah and Sarawak got in at 16 of September. What dissapoints me is that 16th of September is not a holiday. How can the gouvernment ignore such an important day! Millions of residents did not even realise how important that day was. If that day did not happen, there will be no KLCC, PutraJaya or Cyberjaya today. Think about it.
On another note, we are celebrating the mooncakes festival this weekend. I prefer to call it 'Happy Mooncake day' or 'Happy Lantern day' Sounds more catchy. Supposedly, it is the midautumn festival. I got myself some lanterns earlier on and I bought some mooncakes last night. It was a buy one free one deal and it was RM6.99 for lotus mooncakes. A bargain if you compare to a normal lotus mooncake somewhere else costing Rm8.50 at the very least.
I don't have the cash to make this weekend a big one but I hope it's one to remember.

In case if you were wondering, no I did not miss the Champions league opener last night! I manage to keep my record on watching a game on Match Day 1 without falling asleep. My Job was made easier, liverpool are playing and there is a live telecast on TV, I would not forgive myself for sleeping through this one.
I was as little dissapointed that the commentator who always commentates for champions league matches, (darn, I still can't get his name) is not commentating. I don't know why, but some TV3 think-they-know-it-all malay commentators ruin the whole thing.
I'm satisfied with the 2-1 victory of liverpool and a full 3 points, even though Betis played beautifully well. Liverpool's got to stop playing like that and Peter Crouch is a One season hit. He's patchy and not really the goalscorer I expected. The only reason he's here becauce of his 2 metre structure. I hope he can prove me wrong, fast!
And I hope I don't sleep in class today.

Looking through the eye hole, I saw nothing, even after knocks were heard.
Things can only get drastically unchronological around here when the trials begins.
I've got 11 days left, as they say time is running out. Time is running out as I type, and as you read time runs out even faster. It's scary.
Other mock exams are all happening around the country. Good luck to all of you out there too.
On another note, The Champions League starts tonight. I have yet to miss an opener for the past 2 years. Shall I miss tonight? They are showing Betis Vs Liverpool and I need to fix my television reception.
Crap! I better not miss this one.

This is a simple roll of toilet paper. I find people having very little respect for this invention. It disgust me.
When did anyone ever mentioned about the significance of a roll of toilet paper? When did we ever mentioned about toilet paper in our prayers? When will we ever converse about the beauty of the toilet paper?

An Unsung hero it will always be.
I am truly greatful that toilet paper existed.
I had a horrible experience back in 2002 where Toilet papers decided NOT to exist in a public toilet.
It was awful.
I can't remember If I told the tale before, but perhaps I will blog about it in the future.

Today is Happy Cancer day. Where we celebrate with the people with cancer.
I bought a little yellow ribbon for RM2, where I believe the funds raised will go to some cancer funds for some operation on some guy with cancer. Or at least the money goes there.
To celebrate this very important day, I will continue to wear this yellow ribbon on my shirt for the whole day.

I grew up and I'm still in a society where education is everything or we will fail forever and ever and that's the end of everything.
I am disgusted by the fact that if school work and exams are everything.
Get good results get a good job and get money
That's what they all say (or mean)
Sure, its important. It gives you PART of your future. The big sum of money you earn will help you pay the unpaid bills, go shopping and finally a visit to Hawaii.
Yes, it is important, essential to a certain extend, but it is not life and death.
My point is, its crazy the way people view education as today. Parents are urging their young to study 24/7, sent to tuition right after school, living the least out of life and eating vegetables.
In other words, a day consist of 8 hours sleep, 2 hours to bath, eat, drink, rest, travel around, entertainment, newspaper reading, chores and the other 14 hours of studying.
What ever happened to Healthy Lifestyle?
These 'youngs' will grow up looking at the world like a textbook. Flipping the index trying to look for the word 'MEANING'
It's sad.

I had a bad impression of Shah Alam a few months back when I got there, and my impression have yet to change since then. (much anyway)
Don't get me wrong, I don't live there, I haven't seen much of it. It could be winter wonderland and I don't know about it.
Lately I was given a chance to dine at some place in Shah Alam, in some err. Malay stall. We were introduced to the 'Nasi Ayam' (chicken rice) and it was supposed to be very good. Before even having a glance our meal, a coin was flipped, and yeap, it was predicted to be good.
Classic chicken rice. Yellowish rice, can be eaten on its own.
What's chicken rice without the chicken? Cooked red, steamed, curry, lemon.. who cares how it is done. I love chicken!
Well? how good is the chicken rice?

If hanna can eat Nasi Ayam is such a fast pace maintaining a smile,(check out the waves she made around her while eating.) it must be good Nasi Ayam.

Joel's last visit proved entertaining.

Been some time since I last saw him, so yeah! :D
A visit to Benita's apartment we went. We had to bring along a friend.

I forgotten what we named him.
But he's one heck of a tough coconut.
We tried a couple of ways to break him. Even this.

See it falling? FROM THREE FLOORS UP!
 still fresh!
Too bad it was left behind~

So Merdeka it was. I did what many have done. Travel for miles through the harshness of everything just to see 5 minutes of fireworks and going through hell before reaching the comforts of home.
I left home at nine, took the overcrowded public transport to Central just to find out 15 metre que is needed to buy return tickets for the lrt. On the bright side, I found out the pucblic transport stops their trains at around 3 to 4. No need to sleep in the park anymore.
So boom! There I was

The crowd was bad. Too many people! Unfortunately I couldn't get any pictures of the thousands crowding around. It's good to see so many patriotic people around though.
Some parade around holding flags shouting stuff nothing in concern with the national day.

I bought some food.

A freezing cold burger for RM2

And some nuts. Look! I'm holding my nuts!
Then there was the 5 minutes of fireworks (plus all the bits and pieces of fireworks falling on me)

\

It got really smoked up and misty, its hard to see the twin towers. (Okay, maybe not that hard)

Going back was a drag, especially when 2000 bodies are crowded around the entrance to the LRT station. With guards blocking the entrance allowing just enough to enter each time, it turned out to be a big rugby game of 2000 people in a 40 metres x 40 metres area. Pushing and shouting, I did my fair share of those to help a friend. It was war!
And finally the journey home with a bunch of Ah liens and Ah Bengs in the KTM. Oh my god, I haven't stop laughing.
